Refund policy
Payment has not opened yet. The policy below is the one that will apply from the first sale. Invoice and GST wording is being confirmed and will be finalised before payment opens.
The policy
- 14 days from purchase, any reason, full refund.
- You keep the files. There is no DRM to revoke and no way for us to lock what you already downloaded or built.
- One refund per buyer.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of the request.
How to request
Reply to the purchase receipt or write to support@warmstart.in. No forms, no interview, no explanation required. If you want to say why, it helps us fix the pack, but it is optional.
What is not covered
- Requests after 14 days from purchase.
- Repeat requests from the same buyer after a completed refund.
- Chargebacks opened instead of a request. The 14-day window still applies to any request that reaches us.
Refund log
When the first refund happens, the main page shows the date, bundle, amount and a reason category. No names, no email addresses. Until then the page says: no refunds yet.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under Indian consumer law. Nothing here reduces them. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Invoices and receipts are issued per applicable law.
