Privacy policy
Payment has not opened yet, so there is no customer data to collect. The provider names and the exact retention period will be published here before payment opens.
What we collect
- Email address, if you join the updates list or request a free asset. One address, nothing else.
- Purchase record, held by the payment gateway: order id, amount, date. The gateway handles card and UPI details. We do not see or store them.
- Support email, if you write to us. Kept until the issue is resolved and the records retention period ends.
What we do not collect
- No phone number, no address, no college name, no ID numbers. If a form ever asks for those, it is not ours.
- No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers on this site.
- No payment card or UPI credentials. They stay with the gateway.
How the email is used
- Free assets and occasional product updates, one email per launch at most.
- Every message has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe works immediately and permanently.
- The list is never sold, rented or shared for someone else's marketing.
Retention
Email addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
Your requests
Write to support@warmstart.in to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will confirm within a reasonable period and act.
Where data lives
The list and support inbox live with the email provider. Payments live with the gateway. The site itself is static files. The payment gateway and email provider, and their operating regions, are listed in the source of this page and will be restated here once the storefront is set up.
